QR Data.
We are talking about real life office automation. This extends the functionality of your existing office programs. When using QR Forms to get replies from your users, you can insert these replies into a spreadsheet or any other office program that supports the ActiveX technology. You need to use a script or VB code to utilize QR Data. Before you can use QR Data, you need to install it. Since it is a library file, it cannot run by itself. An application must call it before it can do any good (Microsoft Excel, for example). Just to avoid any misunderstanding, I need to point this out...however any program or development environment that supports ActiveX can use this library. QR Data supports all the visual objects of a QR Form. Download QR Data | Read the help file | Reasons to use QR | How QR works technically

Processing replies.
You can choose simply to store them for manual viewing or you can bring in the heavy machinery, inserting replies into databases, spreadsheets or into any other administrative system. The simplest way is to view a form directly from the mail and then retype the data into your records. This method is sufficient if you only have a few replies per day. If you expect to gather numerous replies, you should consider setting up automation. There are two alternatives for the automatic processing of QR Form replies. Both of them are free to use!
